Shakin’ Not Stirred is the annual signature fundraiser to benefit the Virginia Commonwealth University Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Center.
The event will take place Friday, April 26, at The Commonwealth Club, 401 W. Franklin St., Richmond, from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.
The VCU Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Center is an emerging world-class leader in research, clinical evaluation and treatment to combat movement disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. The center also provides education and outreach programs for patients, families and the health care community at large.
In an ongoing effort to help develop awareness and increase support for research and education programs, the Shakin’ Not Stirred signature event engages current and future supporters. The James Bond-themed event features signature martinis and a “Casino Royale” gaming room provided by Massino’s Casinos.
Tickets are available for $100 and can be purchased online at https://www.support.vcu.edu/event/Shakin or by calling (804) 828-3747.
