VCU Board of Visitors Presidential Evaluation and Compensation Committee to meet Sept. 17, 2014

The Presidential Evaluation and Compensation Committee of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will meet at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, in the President’s House conference room, 910 W. Franklin St., Richmond.

The meeting will immediately go into closed session to discuss authorized limited matters pertaining to certain personnel matters involving the performance of identifiable employees and to consult with legal counsel.

In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
