VCU Board of Visitors and Governance and Compensation Committee to meet Aug. 20

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has a scheduled committee meeting and board orientation and retreat on Thursday, Aug. 20, at 8:30 a.m. on VCU’s MCV Campus in the Critical Care Hospital, Benjamin Lambert Conference Room, 1213 E. Clay St., Richmond, Virginia.

In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
