The Virginia Commonwealth University Police Department and the City of Richmond Police Department are seeking the public's help in identifying several individuals who caused property damage on March 27 during the celebration in the streets after the VCU men's basketball team earned a visit to the NCCA Final Four.

VCU Police Chief John Venuti said the crowds were well behaved for the most part but that any time a group grows to that size there are property damage reports and police want to send the message that it won't be tolerated.

Anyone with information to help identify the people in these two pictures is asked to call the VCU Police Department Communications Center at 804-828-1196, Det. James Higgins of the City of Richmond Police Department at 804-646-3186 or Crime Stoppers of Metro Richmond at 804-780-1000.

Tips may also be texted anonymously via ”VCUtip” to 274637 or to Crime Stoppers at 274637 first using the word “ITip” followed by your tip.
