Research

Kenneth Daniels, professor of finance in the VCU School of Business, can speak about issues related to financial services and community development. His teaching interests include financial service institutions, municipal bonds, corporate finance and financial markets. Daniels has published articles in such publications as the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, the Financial Review, the Journal of Financial Services Research, the Journal of Fixed Income and the Journal of Economics and Business. He has received the Sydney Futures Exchange Prize for the outstanding paper on derivatives and has received the award for the outstanding paper on investments from the Eastern Finance Association. Daniels is chairman of the Virginia Community Development Corporation (VCDC).
