The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee will hold an in-person and electronic meeting on June 20, beginning at 2 p.m.

The meeting will immediately go into closed session and will take place in the Office of the President, 910 West Franklin St. Board members who are participating electronically will access the meeting via Zoom pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act Section 2.2-3708.2(D). The public may view a livestream of the open session videoconference at https://mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV. Should you have any interruption with the video broadcast of the meeting, please contact Taron James at (804) 828-8313.

If you would like to attend the meeting in-person on Monday, June 20, you must register by providing the following information via email sent to bov@vcu.edu: name, email and phone number, VCU affiliation, (e.g. student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent or member of the public), identify which meeting you plan to attend, and request for a reasonable accommodation if needed.
