VCU Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee to meet in-person and electronically June 20

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee will hold an in-person and electronic meeting on June 20, beginning at 2 p.m.

The meeting will immediately go into closed session and will take place in the Office of the President, 910 West Franklin St. Board members who are participating electronically will access the meeting via Zoom pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act Section 2.2-3708.2(D). The public may view a livestream of the open session videoconference at https://mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV.
