VCU Board of Visitors Nominating Committee to meet Feb. 22

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors Nominating Committee will meet on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 1 p.m. at 910 W. Franklin St., Richmond, Virginia.

John A. Luke Jr. will participate remotely from the following location: 270 John’s Island Drive, Vero
Beach, Florida, at (804) 350-2041.

This meeting will immediately go into closed session. In accordance with the board’s operating
procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no
opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
