The VCU Board of Visitors will meet on Thursday, March 21, and Friday, March 22, on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus.  The full meeting schedule is included below.

Thursday, March 21:

8:30 a.m.            Board of Visitors Scholarship Committee  910 W. Franklin St., Richmond, Virginia

11:30 a.m.          Nominating Committee of the Board of Visitors
                          910 W. Franklin St., Richmond, Virginia 

12:30 p.m.          Budget Workshop (to discuss the fiscal year 2020 budget, tuition and fees)  
                          James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Avenue, Room 303, Richmond, Virginia.

Note:  There will be a public comment period at only the Budget Workshop as follows: 

One hour of the Budget Workshop will be dedicated to public comment. Time limit per speaker is three minutes. Priority will be given to speakers who register on or before March 18, by sending the following information to bov@vcu.edu: name, email or phone number, VCU affiliation, and any request for reasonable accommodation.  Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak at the public comment.  You may also call Michele Schumacher, board liaison, at (804) 828-0458 to register.

An in-person sign up will be available at the meeting should time remain after advance-registered speakers finish their remarks.

If you are unable to attend the meeting on March 21, or you were not chosen to speak, there will also be an opportunity to provide written comments online. More information about this online comment portal will be forthcoming.

The Board of Visitors will also hold a student reception on Thursday, March 21, at 5:30 p.m. at the James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Avenue, Room 303, Richmond, VA.

Friday, March 22:

All meetings take place in the James Branch Cabell Library.
