To ensure the safety of our students, faculty and staff, all those participating in person must physically distance, wear clean masks inside of buildings and outside in high-traffic spaces, and wash their hands frequently. We also must limit the size of in-person gatherings. In order to so, we will be requiring that those who plan to attend the meeting in-person register in advance. Preference will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 10 individuals to register will have the opportunity to attend in person; individuals beyond the first 10 may watch the open sessions via the livestream at https://mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV
