VCU Board of Visitors to meet in person June 4

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will hold an in-person meeting on June 4, beginning at 1 p.m. at the VCU Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave., Commonwealth Ballrooms. The meeting will be held in open and closed sessions.

PUBLIC COMMENT

There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the meeting on June 4.

If you would like to offer public comment on the proposed agenda items at the June meeting at 1 p.m., you should register by providing the following information via email to bov@vcu.edu: name, email and phone number, VCU affiliation (e.g., student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent or member of the public), and request for reasonable accommodation if needed. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak at the June 2026 BOV meeting public comment.

Speakers will proceed in the order of registration and should be in person at the start of the meeting. Each speaker is allotted 3 minutes to speak. Speakers may provide materials in advance if they wish to share with the Board of Visitors.

Individuals unable to attend the public comment period or to provide comment may provide written comment via an open comment portal to ensure an adequate opportunity for informed public comment on the proposed agenda items. All comments submitted to the portal must be made by 4:30 p.m., June 2.
